INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Many people come to individual therapy to focus on solving a specific problem or issue that is causing pain in their lives. In individual therapy with me, you can choose to do that and at the same time, go beyond that to work on a deeper level within yourself.

You can learn valuable skills of mindfulness and self-awareness that help you grow and expand yourself to prepare you to be more productive and happy for the rest of your life.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO ACCOMPLISH IN INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Learn how you react to emotional situations.

Learn all about your typical response to stress and emotional issues.

A chance to observe yourself, to slow down and build a relationship with yourself. This is called mindfulness.

When you have developed a non-judgmental way to observe yourself, you can begin to decide what behaviors are working for you and which ones are not. This is exciting because you are in charge of where you want to go from there. I am just your coach and guide.

Learning how to balance your mind and body together to deal with emotional issues.

Learning to be mindful allows you to notice your behaviors and the impulses that happen before them. This is how change begins.
